A space for the othered,
the in-between,
the becoming.
Centering care around neurodivergence, grief, chronic illness management, and the complexities of only-child life.
You’re navigating grief and illness while the world is moving on around you. You’re battling perfectionism and impossible standards. The gap between your outer masks and your inner self is growing ever larger.
It’s time to:
Reconnect with yourself and others so persistent feelings of sadness, anxiety, or emptiness don’t run the show
Learn strategies that work with your ADHD, not against it
Navigate major life transitions - career shifts, moves, or relationship changes - with steadiness and clarity
Build self-confidence and embrace your sensitivity as a strength, not a burden
Process the emotions, identity shifts, and adjustments that come with loss in all its forms
Find emotional support and coping strategies for managing the impact of chronic illness on your daily life and identity

Grief & Loss
Whether you’re coping with the death of a loved one, anticipating an upcoming loss, or navigating an ambiguous loss such as a breakup, job change, or shifting family dynamics, grief can feel heavy and disorienting.
ADHD & Neurodivergence
Struggling to manage ADHD or navigate life as a neurodivergent individual? Executive functioning and self-compassion can be difficult to master when out brain is uniquely wired and we’re prone overwhelm, procrastination, and coexisting social anxiety.
“Parentified” & Only Children
Being an only child can come with unique experiences and challenges - often, perfectionism and struggles in interpersonal relationships due to intense focus and high expectations.
Chronic Illness Support
A case-control study found that people experiencing chronic pain and/or chronic fatigue had dramatically higher odds of neurodivergent traits—14.3 times higher odds of being on the autism spectrum, and 12.9 times higher odds of ADHD. The overlap can make daily life feel even more overwhelming.
Licensed Professional Counselor (GA) & Nationally - Accredited Certified Rehabilitation Counselor
Hi, I’m Rachel.
I’m an only child turned people-person who learned to harness my ADHD super-powers… all while my tummy hurt.
Highly-sensitive and neurodivergent individuals often internally struggle with perfectionism and feeling misunderstood - frequently pathing the way to chronic anxiety and isolating depression.
I have curated an affirming, bespoke practice grounded in researched interventions - one I wish I’d had growing up. This is not your mom’s therapy; I help adolescents, teens, adults and young families through lived experience by teaching ways to challenge self-judgement, find joy in identity formation, and strengthen relationships with the people they love.
For Clinicians (of all kinds)
Therapy is a deeply rewarding profession, but it can also feel isolating. At Only Not Lonely, we believe no one should have to do this work alone. If you’re a therapist seeking support, collaboration, and professional connection - or if you’re therapist-adjacent, such as school support staff or a medical specialist - I offer several ways to partner and build community:
Clinic-Cool Virtual Coworking: Join me for coworking sessions to catch up on notes, plan your week, or simply share space so the work feels a little lighter.
Networking: We’re better together. Let’s grab a coffee and learn how we can support one another.
Therapists Against Banned Books: A collaborative initiative where therapists come together to advocate for intellectual freedom, mental health, and the power of storytelling. We host conversations, share resources, and create community around the belief that access to diverse books supports both healing and growth.
